Tickets will not be sold to persons under the age of 18. Ticket Sellers must advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket.

All draws will take place at Centre 2000, 11330-106 StreetGrande Prairie, Alberta December 30, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. Ticket Sales will cease at 4:00 p.m. on the date of the draw. .

All members of the Swan City Rotary Club are eligible to purchase tickets.

No draw date extensions shall be requested once enough tickets have been sold to cover the cost of prizes and expenses.

The first ticket drawn will win the 1st prize, the second ticket drawn will win the 2nd prize, the third ticket drawn will win the 3rd prize and so on for the remainder of the prizes number 4 to 400.

Winning tickets for Prizes 1-20 will be returned to the draw barrel for subsequent draws. For identical prize draws, the winning tickets for those identical prizes will not be returned to the draw barrel until another type of prize is drawn for.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Cash equivalency will not be allowed.

All prizes are deemed new by retailers involved, even when and including if displayed to aid in the sale of tickets (ie: on display at the Prairie Mall) shall be the prize awarded and shall be accepted “as is”.

There will be a total of 400 prizes – total retail value of over $ $490,511.47. All Prizes are new. GST included in retail value.

Unclaimed prizes will be kept for one (1) year, then dispersed as per AGLC Raffle Terms. In the event a winner cannot be located within a year of the draw, the organizing committee will apply to A.G.L.C. to donate the unclaimed prize back to the organizing committee or another charitable organization

Vehicle mileage may include mileage incurred while transferring vehicles from venue to venue for the purpose of ticket sales. All vehicles/prizes must be picked up by the winners at the respective dealers in Grande Prairie, AB. No deliveries will be made.

Not included with prizes/vehicles are any insurance, any licenses, and license plates. Any prize requiring installation, the installation costs are not included with prize. Gift Certificates not redeemable for cash.

Refunds will be given to any ticket buyer requesting a refund up to 20 business days prior to the draw date. All refunded ticket stubs will not be entered in the draw.

The number of tickets printed for sale will be 2000 at $50.00 each (red): 11,000 sets of discount tickets available for 3 for $100.00 (33,000)(green). (Total number of tickets printed 35,000)

Tickets will be sold and advertised within the Province of Alberta. This does not exclude people coming into the province to purchase tickets.

Prizes won by a deceased person will be awarded to their estate.

If a request is made to mail Prizes to the winner (small prizes only), The Cars for Christmas Lottery is in no way responsible for the item, if it is lost in the mail. Prizes will not be mailed to a “General Delivery” address.

To claim a prize, the winner must present photo identification with same address as on ticket stub and sign a prize release form.

A person who does not own a ticket or share of a ticket in the draw will make all draws. The draw will comply by all the AGLC rules.

In the event a winning ticket stub has more than one name on it, the licensed charity shall award the prize to only one of the individuals identified on the ticket, and that the licensed charity and the AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket stub.
